Why We Built It
Our founder, Jillian Pezet, grew up inside a family-run business managing everything from HR to compliance to day-to-day operations. As the company grew, so did the operational chaos. For years, she thought this experience was unique to small towns and inexperienced teams. But the real shock came later when she saw the same issues in high-growth startups and investor-backed companies.
The conclusion was clear:
